Durgeshwari Garment Pvt Ltd is located over at E-13 in Loni Sector D-1, which is part of Tronica City. It’s a big industrial zone, and our building is just one of many on the block. Inside, you’ll hear the constant hum of sewing machines and the chatter of the staff. We’ve got a lot of people working here, mostly cutting fabric or sitting at the tables putting things together. It’s a lot of thread, buttons, and big rolls of cloth stacked up against the walls. We aren't trying to be a high-fashion label or anything like that. We just make garments that people actually wear. The air can get a bit dusty from all the lint, but we keep the windows open when we can. Working in Tronica City means we’re surrounded by other factories, so there’s always noise and movement outside. Lunch breaks are usually spent sitting together and talking about things other than work. We’ve had some tough times when orders were slow, but we’ve managed to keep going. We don't have a polished corporate office with glass walls. It’s a factory floor through and through. We just focus on getting the crates packed and the shipments sent out on time. It’s a simple operation, run by people who have been in the textile trade for a good part of their lives and know how to handle the pressure.
