Chaap

Our shop is located at R-2/240 in RDC-Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad. We are right near the Hint Chowk, which is a busy intersection that most people in this area know. We mostly focus on one thing here, and that’s making chaap. It’s a small place, mostly for people who want to pick something up or have a quick bite while they’re out in the Raj Nagar area doing their shopping. The traffic at Hint Chowk is usually heavy, so there’s always a lot of noise and movement right outside our door. We’ve got a small team that handles the grill and the orders as they come in. It’s a lot of heat and smoke in the kitchen, but that’s how it works when you're cooking over a flame. We don’t have a lot of space for people to linger for hours, so it’s a very practical setup. We get a lot of young people and families stopping by in the evenings after school or work. The evenings are definitely our busiest time of the day. We just keep our heads down and get the food ready as fast as we can. It’s not a five-star dining experience, just a local food joint that people like. We try to keep the flavors the same so people know what they’re getting every time they come back. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. No need for anything extra.
