Tinisha Creation

You can find Tinisha Creation at number 18 in Shalimar Garden Extension 2, over in Sahibabad. It’s a bit of a residential area that’s grown into a busy hub. Our workspace is pretty basic. It’s mostly just a few rooms where we have the machines and the cutting tables set up. There’s usually a lot of noise from the sewing machines going all at once. We’ve been here for a while now, and the building has started to show its age. The walls have some marks and the windows rattle when a heavy truck goes by on the main road. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably find us mid-work with fabric scraps all over our clothes. We handle all the production ourselves, so it’s a very hands-on kind of place. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to check an order or talk to a customer. Mostly, we are just focused on the physical work. Our team is small, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. We take our tea breaks together in the afternoon and talk about the news or what’s happening in the neighborhood. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We just want to finish the work we have for the day and make sure it’s done right.
