Taste Special

Taste Special is our little shop located at LG-8 B in Girdhar Plaza. This is in Shalimar Garden Extention 2 in Ghaziabad, specifically in the B-Block. We are right near S M World, which is a big landmark that most people use to find their way around here. Since we are on the lower ground floor, it stays a little bit cooler than the street level during those really hot Ghaziabad summers. We don't have a big grand entrance or anything, just a door in the plaza where you can come in and eat. It’s a quiet spot compared to the main road but we still get a good amount of people coming through. We do all the cooking right here and try to keep things as simple as possible. No fancy marketing or polished signs, just the name of the place and the food we have ready for the day. We spend a lot of time in the shop making sure everything is ready for the lunch crowd. The plaza has a lot of different businesses but we have been here long enough that people know where to find us in the B-Block. It is just a practical place to get some food when you are in the Shalimar Garden area. We just keep working away every day and hope the people who come in are satisfied with their meal. It’s hard work but it’s our own thing.
