We started this little food business over in Vasundhara, Ghaziabad. Our place at 17E/619 is where all the planning and a lot of the work happens. We focus on bread and food items that people actually want to eat every day. It’s not a huge factory operation, just a team of people who care about how things taste. Ghaziabad is a busy place, and we’re right in the middle of it. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the kitchen when we’re trying to get orders out. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations in the office area because we’d rather spend that on better ingredients. It’s a lot of early mornings for us. You have to be up before the sun if you want things to be fresh. We’ve had our fair share of burnt batches and late deliveries, but we learn as we go. It’s a local operation, and we know many of our neighbors who stop by. We aren't trying to be some massive international chain. We just want to make sure the food is decent and reaches people on time. Life in Vasundhara moves fast, and we’re just trying to keep up with the demand for good bread. It’s hard work, and our aprons are usually covered in flour by noon, but it’s what we do. We like the smell of the bakery in the mornings and the way the neighborhood wakes up around us.
