Apsara Food Industries Pvt. Ltd. is at C-107 in the Bulandshahar Road Industrial Area. It is a busy industrial zone. There are always trucks and workers moving around outside. Our factory handles different kinds of food processing. Inside, it is a lot of stainless steel and people wearing hairnets. We have to be very careful with hygiene. There is a lot of cleaning involved every single day after we finish production. It is not a very pretty building. It's just a big functional space with high ceilings and heavy metal doors. We have several lines for production and a small area for storing the finished goods. The noise from the packing machines can be quite loud during the middle of the day. I spend most of my time making sure the raw materials are coming in correctly. The finished products need to go out on the trucks on time. We have a small office upstairs. That is where we keep all the records and files. It gets very hot in the afternoons. We have some big industrial fans to keep the air moving around. Most of our workers live in the nearby areas. They have been with us for a long time. We don't do much in the way of advertising. We just focus on the orders we have on the books. It is a lot of repetitive work, but it is important to do it right every time. We just do our best.
