Angithi Pure Veg Soya Chaap

We set up Angithi Pure Veg Soya Chaap over in Sector 10 of Raj Nagar. The shop is at E-48 and it’s pretty close to the Ramleela Ground, which makes it easy to spot during festivals. We decided to stick with just vegetarian food, specifically focusing on soya chaap because that's what we know how to do. Ghaziabad can be a crowded place, especially around here, but we like the energy. It’s a basic setup. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that. We just open up, prepare the chaap, and wait for people to come by. The address is 201002 if you’re looking it up on a map. Sometimes we run out of things early if it's a busy weekend near the ground. We just try to do one thing and do it well enough that people come back. It’s not a large place with lots of seating, just a local spot for a quick bite. We see a lot of the same faces every week. That's the best part of being in Raj Nagar. The weather gets hot in the summer but the grill stays on. We aren't trying to be the biggest chain in town. We just like being the local soya chaap place.
