Tannu Engineering

Tannu Engineering is our little shop located near the N. F. L Township. We are situated right by Delhi Chungi on the G.T. Road. If you have ever driven that way, you know how busy it gets with all the heavy traffic moving through. We have been at this spot for quite some time. The noise from the road is something we have just grown used to over the years. We do engineering work here, which mostly means we are covered in some kind of oil or dust by the time the sun goes down. It is not a clean or quiet job, but it is what we know how to do. We do not have a fancy waiting room or anyone to answer the phones in a proper way. Usually, if the phone rings, one of us just wipes our hands on a rag and picks it up. We started this place because we wanted to work for ourselves. The shop is a bit cluttered with parts and old machinery, but we know where everything is. We take things as they come and try to handle the repairs or the fabrication work the best we can. The neighbors around G.T. Road are mostly other workers and shopkeepers, so we all look out for each other. It is a simple life and a simple business. We do not need much more than our tools and a steady stream of work to keep us going.
