Synergy Engineers And Projects operates out of Flat 27 in Uni Apartment over in Sector 11, Vasundhara. It is more of an office setup than a big factory floor. Since we are in an apartment building, it is a bit quieter than the industrial zones. We have our desks and a lot of blueprints and project files piled up. It is where the planning happens. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site drawings. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped with all the folders and samples, but we make it work. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. We are not the type to wear suits and ties every day. Usually, it is just comfortable clothes and a lot of tea. We handle various engineering projects from this small space. It is a lot of coordination and making sure the numbers add up. Vasundhara is a decent area, and being in Sector 11 is convenient for us. We do not have a big lobby or a receptionist to greet people. If you come by, you just knock on the door of the flat. It is a very practical way to run a business. We focus on the technical side of things and let the work speak for itself. It is just a regular office where we get through the daily grind of project management.
