You can find Rabboni Engg. Designs Pvt. Ltd. over at B50/11 in Site IV, Sahibabad. It’s right in the middle of the industrial area. There’s a lot of noise from the other factories around us, but we don’t mind it much. We spend our days looking at drawings and working on designs. The office is full of big tables and computers that are always running hot. It’s not a polished place. We have rolls of paper everywhere and half-finished projects on the desks. Sahibabad is a tough place to work sometimes because of the traffic and the dust, but we’ve made a home here. We are just a group of people who like to build and figure out how things work. We don't have a PR person. We just answer the phone ourselves when it rings. If the power goes out, we sit around and talk until it comes back on. It’s a real workplace with real problems and real successes. We’ve been at B50/11 for a long time. The building is old, but it’s sturdy and keeps the sun out. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or art for the walls. We spend our time on the engineering and getting the numbers right. It’s simple, really. We just come in, do the technical bits, and make sure everything is right before we leave for the day. Some days are longer than others, but we just get on with it.
