I’m based out of apartment 803 in the Vindhaychal building in Kaushambi. It’s right on the edge of Ghaziabad and Delhi, so the commute isn't too bad if I have to head into the city. Living on the eighth floor gives a decent view, though mostly it’s just other buildings and the traffic on the road below. I’ve been in U.P. 201010 for some time now and I’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. My daily routine is pretty straightforward. I wake up, have some coffee, and start working on whatever needs attention. There isn't a big team here, just me and my laptop mostly. I don't use any fancy management tools or have meetings in boardrooms. If I need to talk to someone, I just call them on the phone. The apartment is comfortable enough for what I do. It’s a mix of a home and a workspace, which can get a bit confusing when the laundry starts piling up. I try to stay organized, but I’m not a perfectionist by any means. If a paper gets lost under a magazine, I’ll find it eventually. It’s a very normal life. I’m not trying to sell anyone on a vision or a dream. I just do the work that comes my way and try to keep things moving forward without making a big fuss about it.
