About Spice Hub India – Food & Beverages in Ghaziabad
We’ve got a small shop, Shop-2, in the Farma Market area in Village Harsab, right off Hapur Road. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but it’s where we do our work with spices. The air in the shop always smells like cumin, chili, or turmeric, which is quite nice actually. We aren't a big corporation with offices in the city; we’re just right here in the village market. Most of our day is spent cleaning the spices, weighing them out, and putting them into bags. We don’t use any fancy machinery, just basic scales and a lot of manual effort. Hapur Road is always busy with trucks, and we get our supplies from the local farmers nearby. We don’t spend money on advertising or anything like that. People mostly find us through word of mouth or by seeing the shop when they’re passing through the market. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, but we try to keep things as clean as possible for the food items. It’s a humble setup, but it works for us. We just focus on the spices and making sure they are dried properly before they go out. It’s slow work sometimes, but it’s honest, and we like being part of the local market community here in Harsab. We just keep our heads down and worry about the quality of what we put in the bags.
