Sfpo Farmer Producer Company Limited is situated on the third floor of Tower 6 in the Crossing Republic area of Ghaziabad. It’s a bit of a different setting than a traditional farm because we are in a more developed part of the city. But the work is still the same. We are a farmer producer company, which means we bring together a lot of different people from the agricultural sector. Ghaziabad is a busy hub, and being in Crossing Republic helps us stay connected to the markets and the transportation links. Our office is a bit crowded with papers and samples. We don't have any fancy decorations. We just need desks and a good phone connection. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who come in from the outlying rural areas. It gets a bit noisy with all the traffic outside, but we’re used to it. We aren't some big corporate entity with a lot of rules. We just try to help our members get their products to where they need to go. Some days we are very busy and others are a bit slower. We take it as it comes. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just do the daily tasks of managing the company and making sure the farmers get what they need. The elevator in Tower 6 breaks down more often than we’d like, so we get plenty of exercise climbing those three flights of stairs. It’s a bit of a climb, but the view of the Crossing Republic area from the top is okay.
