Ritesh Spices

Ritesh Spices is run out of House No.28 over in Lokpriya Vihar. We are located in Khora Colony, which is right in Sector-62. If you are looking for us, we are quite close to the NIOS office building. It is a bit of a residential street, so it’s usually pretty calm except when the school nearby lets out. We started doing this because we know a lot about the local spices that people use in their kitchens every day. Our workspace is essentially part of the house that we converted so we could store things properly. It is not a massive warehouse, but it fits everything we need for now. We spend a lot of time weighing things out and putting them into bags. My family helps out when things get busy. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It’s just us doing the work. Sometimes the neighbors come by to pick up a few things for their own cooking. We like being in this part of town because it’s easy for the delivery trucks to get in and out from the main road. The room where we keep the spices is always smelling like cumin and chili. It’s a heavy smell, but it’s a good one. We try to keep things clean and tidy even though it's a small space. We just keep our heads down and do the work day after day. It is a humble way to earn a living.
