Our office for Cadlab Engineers Services Pvt Ltd is located at M 258 in Sanjay Nagar, over in Sector 23 of Ghaziabad. It’s a busy part of the city, and we have been here for quite some time now. Being in Sector 23 means we are right in the middle of a lot of different businesses and houses. The numbering of the plots can be a bit confusing for people visiting for the first time, but we usually just tell them to look for the M block. We do a lot of engineering work, so our office is usually full of technical drawings, old tools, and plenty of half-finished tea cups. It isn't a very tidy place, but it feels right for the kind of work we do every day. The walls are a bit stained and the furniture is old, but we would rather spend our time on our projects than on decorating the office. The summers here in Uttar Pradesh are extremely hot, so we have a few old fans that make a lot of noise but keep the air moving. We are a small team and most of us have known each other for years, so we don't bother with formal meetings or corporate talk. We just handle the service requests as they come in and try to fix whatever needs fixing. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
