You can find us in Sector 3 of Vaishali, Ghaziabad. Our office is at F 354. It’s a fairly standard spot in a busy residential and commercial mix. We work as an engineers' bureau, which means we deal with a lot of technical documents and planning. It’s not the most exciting work to look at from the outside, but it keeps us busy. We have a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets. The walls are covered with some old maps and project charts. We’ve been in this part of UP for quite a while now. The street can get pretty crowded with cars, so we usually tell people to come early if they’re driving. We don't have a big corporate structure. We’re just a few engineers and staff members who know the local regulations and how to get things drafted. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time arguing over the fine details of a plan. It’s a small office, and things can get a bit cluttered when we have several projects going at once. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just do the work that comes in. It’s a straightforward business. We like the Vaishali area because it’s got everything we need close by. We’re just regular people doing technical work in a regular office. We take a lunch break at the same time every day to keep things organized.
