R K Bagga Associates is based in Sector 40, at number D 44. This is a residential and commercial mix area, so it feels a bit more relaxed than the busy city center. We operate out of a small building that’s been here for years. It’s just a standard office setup. We have some desks, a couple of filing cabinets, and a very old clock on the wall that ticks a bit too loud. Most of our day is spent handling local inquiries and keeping track of various files. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees or anything like that. It’s just a small team of us who know the area pretty well. The neighbors are mostly families or other small businesses. We don't have a big flashing sign outside, just a small one by the door. People usually find us because someone they know told them where we were. The office is often a bit cluttered with papers and books, but we know where everything is. It’s a comfortable place to work. We don't have meetings in glass boardrooms with projectors. We just sit around the main table and talk things through. Sometimes we go for a short walk in the nearby park during lunch to clear our heads. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We just do the work and go home to our families.
