Shilpathya Architects is located in Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad. Our office is shop number 18 in the basement of Sumedha Tower, which is part of the Ansal area. It’s quite close to the Ansal Twin Towers, so that’s a good landmark if you’re looking for our place. RDC is a busy commercial center, and being in the basement keeps us away from the main noise of the street. It’s a small, functional space where we do all our architectural work. We have been here for a good number of years now. Inside, you’ll find desks piled with drawings and some computers that we use for our designs. We are a small group and we mostly work on residential and commercial projects around Ghaziabad. It’s not a fancy office with expensive decor; it’s just a place to sit and work. We spend our days drafting plans and talking to contractors on the phone to make sure things are moving along. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a few clients visit at the same time, but we manage just fine. We don’t really go in for big marketing or catchy slogans. We just focus on the drawings and making sure the measurements are right for the site. It’s a straightforward business. We usually start early and work until we’ve finished what we planned for the day. It’s a bit of a walk down the stairs to find us, but we are always here.
