Niche Architects

Niche Architects is located in Building No 1518, right over in Sector 16 A. If you know the Vasundhra area, we aren't too hard to find. We've been in this building for a while now. It’s a decent space for what we do, which is mostly sitting at desks and working through floor plans. We aren't a big corporate office with a receptionist and fancy chairs. It’s more of a workspace where things actually get done. Sometimes the traffic in Sector 16 A gets a bit much, but we like being central to everything. We have a few drafting tables and computers set up. Most days involve a lot of measuring and checking local rules to make sure everything is legal. We don’t spend much time on fancy talk. We just focus on the drawings. Being in the Vasundhra building means we get to see a lot of people coming and going. It’s a regular office for regular work. We try to keep things simple here. The walls are covered in old projects and notes we’ve scribbled down over the months. It's nothing too special to look at, but it works for us. We've lived and worked around here long enough to know how things go in this part of town. Just a small team trying to get the lines straight on the page. We spend a lot of time drinking coffee and looking at building codes. That is what our days look like in Sector 16 A.
