You can find our office on G.T Road in Kavi Nagar. We are located in Tradex Tower, specifically on the second floor in Block F. It’s a tall building with a lot of different offices, so there’s always people in the elevators and hallways. We’ve been based here for a long time. Our space is just a regular office with some desks, a few cupboards for files, and a small area where people can sit and talk. Kavi Nagar is a central part of the area, and G.T Road is always buzzing with activity. We spend our days managing property stuff. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls. Sometimes we are out for most of the day visiting sites or meeting people at their homes. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team working together. We try to keep our desks tidy, but with all the documents we handle, it doesn't always stay that way. We don't use any complicated language or sales pitches. We just explain the situation with a property and let people think about it. If someone asks for a recommendation, we tell them what we know based on our years here. It’s a straightforward way of working. We’ve seen the tower change owners and the shops on the ground floor rotate, but we’ve stayed in our spot in Block F.
