Globe Architectural Point

Globe Architectural Point is located in what we call Globe House. It’s a pretty easy spot to find in Hapur because we are right opposite the Thana Kotwali. Having the police station across the street makes the area feel very official and safe, even if it gets a bit loud with the sirens or the traffic on the main road. We focus on architectural design and planning. The office inside Globe House is full of old folders and new computer screens. It’s where we spend most of our hours drafting and thinking about how to use the space in local buildings. I wouldn't say we have a specific style, we just look at what the land allows and what the person wants to build. Hapur is an old city with lots of narrow spots, so the planning part takes some real thought. We have been in this location for a while, and the walls are covered with sketches of projects we have finished over the years. Some are small houses and others are bigger commercial spots. It’s just a regular office where we do our drafting work and drink a lot of tea while we wait for the prints to come out. We don’t go for anything fancy in terms of decoration. The work is what matters, and being right in the middle of town helps people drop in when they have questions about a new construction.
