We’re located on the second floor of building 14 in Navyug Market. Being right near the Ghaziabad Development Authority means there’s always a lot of bustle around us. We’ve been in this spot for quite a while now. It’s not a fancy office with big glass walls or anything like that. Just some desks, computers, and a lot of paper rolls tucked into the corners. Most of our days are spent looking at drawings and talking to folks about their houses or shops. It gets pretty noisy outside with all the traffic in the market, but inside we just keep our heads down and work. We handle a lot of the local planning stuff for people around here. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a little break to chat. People often just walk up the stairs and drop in to ask about building permits or how to fix a floor plan. We know this area really well since we’ve been right in the middle of Ghaziabad for so long. Dealing with the summer heat can be a bit of a struggle, but the ceiling fans keep us going. If you’re looking for us, just find the sign near the GDA office. We have seen the market change a lot over the years. Some days are much busier than others, especially when a site visit deadline is coming up. We just try to get the drawings right so the guys building it don't have a hard time.
