Pantley Fashion Private Limited

We have been running Pantley Fashion Private Limited out of our unit at 11/78 site -4 industrial area in Sahibabad for a while now. If you are looking for us, we are quite close to the Times of India press, which is a big landmark around here. It gets pretty busy in this part of Ghaziabad with all the trucks and workers moving around, but we like being in the middle of the action. Most of the people working here have been with us for years. We handle a lot of fabric and different styles every day. Sometimes the floor is a mess with threads and cuttings, but that is just how a real workshop looks. We don't really do the fancy office thing because most of our time is spent making sure the stitching is right and the pieces look like they should. It is noisy because of the machines, but we have a good rhythm going. Our spot isn't the easiest to find if you aren't used to industrial areas, but once you see the press building, you are basically there. We just focus on getting the work done and sending it out on time. There is no big marketing team here, just us doing the daily tasks. We take tea breaks together and talk about the day's load. It is a straightforward operation. We deal with the usual power cuts and traffic, but we manage to keep things moving.
