You can find us on the 6th floor of Sikka Homes, at A 603 in Kaushambi. Being in Ghaziabad, specifically the 201012 area, means we’re right in the middle of a very busy and crowded part of the NCR. Pancha Engineering Consultants is a straightforward operation. Our office isn't decorated with anything special; it’s mostly just metal shelves full of old files and computers that have seen a lot of use over the years. We focus on the engineering side of things, so we spend a lot of time on difficult calculations and technical drawings. It’s the kind of work where you have to be very careful, so the office is usually pretty quiet while everyone is concentrating on their screen. The view from the 6th floor is mostly just other apartment buildings and the busy streets down below. We’ve been in this building for a while now and we know the security guards and the other folks who work on our floor. It’s a very normal office environment without any frills. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone to answer the phones with a fancy script. Usually, if the phone rings, one of us just picks it up and tries to help. We get our work done, and we try to do it right. Kaushambi is a convenient place to be, and it’s easy for us to get around.
