You can find us near Saraswati School in Krishna Nagar, right off Meerut Road. R S Engineers has been at this spot for a while now. It’s a busy area and the sound of the school kids playing often mixes with the noise of our tools. We aren't the kind of engineers who sit in air-conditioned offices all day drawing on computers. Most of the time, we are out on the floor getting our hands dirty with grease and metal. We fix things, we weld, and we try to get machines back in working order. The floor is concrete and there’s always a bit of oil somewhere that needs wiping up. It’s a small shop, really. We have a few lathes and some basic equipment that we’ve used for years. Sometimes a truck pulls up with a part that snapped, and we have to figure out how to make a new one or patch the old one up so it lasts. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. People just hear about us from other shop owners or folks traveling down Meerut Road. It’s honest work and it’s often very hot in the summer, but we just put the fans on and keep going. We don't do anything fancy, just practical engineering for people who need their equipment to run. If we can't fix it, we’ll tell you straight. That’s just how we operate here in Krishna Nagar.
