Nisha Bharti

Nisha Bharti operates out of this flat in Vasundhra, specifically 2B-416. It’s a residential area in Ghaziabad, so it’s mostly families living around us. We use one of the rooms as our workspace. It’s got a view of the other apartment blocks. Ghaziabad is always growing, and there’s always noise from some construction nearby. We have a few computers and a printer that jams occasionally. Nisha is usually busy with paperwork or on her mobile. We don’t have a big staff, just a couple of people helping out when needed. It’s a very informal setup. We wear regular clothes and drink a lot of tea. Sometimes we work late into the night when there’s a lot to do. The lift in the building is a bit slow, so we often take the stairs. It’s just a regular home-based business. we don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. If you come to see us, you’ll probably see some laundry drying on the balcony next door. It’s just how life is here. We try to stay organized, but with so much happening, it’s a challenge. We just take it one day at a time. No big promises, just doing the work that needs to be done from this little corner of Vasundhra. The security guard at the main gate usually lets people through if they mention Nisha’s name. We have some potted plants by the window that need watering.
