Neev

Neev is our small firm located in Akansha Apartments, specifically at A-12, B-9/12 in Sector 62, Noida. Sector 62 is a big hub, but we are tucked away in the apartment complex which makes for a more personal setting. The name Neev relates to the foundation of a building, and that’s pretty much how we see our work. We provide the starting point for people’s construction dreams. The office is basically a converted space within the residential complex. It’s where we do all our thinking and drawing. We don't have any fancy signage or a big lobby. Usually, it’s just someone knocking on the door to talk about a project they have in mind. We work on a variety of local projects, mostly helping people in Noida with their homes. It’s a very hands-on process for us. We don't just hand over a drawing and disappear. We try to be there to explain how things should work. Since we are in an apartment building, we keep things professional but low-key. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished presentations. We just show the work we’ve done and talk about what needs to happen next. It’s a simple way of doing business, and it seems to work well for the people who live around here in Sector 62.
