Madhur Garments

You can find Madhur Garments at B-178 in Shastri Nagar, Ghaziabad. It is a busy neighborhood, and the street outside our place is usually full of rickshaws and people moving about. The building is a typical setup for a garment business in this part of town. Inside, there is the constant sound of sewing machines and people talking over the noise of the fans. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or a big sign out front. It’s a working space where the focus is on the clothes. We spend most of our time cutting fabric, checking seams, and packing things into bags for the local markets. The lighting inside is bright so we can see what we are doing, but it can get quite warm when all the machines are running at once. There is always a pile of thread clippings on the floor by the end of the day. We have a small corner for tea and snacks, which is where we usually take a break in the afternoon. The inventory moves in and out pretty fast, so the front area is often cluttered with bundles of finished garments. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. Dealing with suppliers and keeping the production on track takes up most of our energy. It's a humble spot, but it's where we get all the work done day after day for the shop.
