We are based at H.N-63/3 in Sector-37 of Noida. This is where Kavish Fashion Pvt Ltd operates. Noida is a fast-growing place, and Sector-37 has its own vibe, being a bit more established than some of the newer sectors further out. The building is a house structure that we use for our fashion business. It’s got a few floors where we keep the fabric and the finished pieces. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded with parked cars. This can be a bit of a headache when we are trying to load things up, but we make it work. We have a small team here. Most of us have worked together for a good bit of time. We aren't doing high-end runway shows or anything like that; we just make clothes that people actually wear. The Uttar Pradesh heat can be pretty intense in the summer months, so we usually have the ACs working hard. In the winters, it gets quite chilly, and we all bring our sweaters to work. There’s a market nearby where we grab lunch or some quick tea. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have a big corporate lobby. You just walk in and see people working at their desks or cutting fabric. It is a busy atmosphere but we like it that way. Everyone knows their job and we just get on with the daily tasks of running a fashion house without any fuss.
