Being over here in Sahibabad at Vrindaban Garden, it’s a bit of a different pace than the main city. Kanpur Edibles has been operating from this 9-G spot for some time now. We handle food products, so there is always something going on with orders and deliveries. The office isn't anything special, just a place where we keep the records and talk to the distributors. Usually, the morning starts with checking the inventory and seeing what needs to go out that day. Sahibabad can be a dusty place, and the traffic near the garden area gets heavy during the rush. We’ve got a small crew that mostly just sticks to their tasks. It's not the kind of place with fancy glass walls or any of that. We use old desks and the fans are usually running full speed because of the heat. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out or find something else to do. We deal with oils and other edible goods, so there is always a bit of a warehouse feel to the whole operation. It’s a practical setup. We aren’t interested in those big corporate meetings; we just want to make sure the trucks are loaded and the numbers match at the end of the day. It gets a little tiring during the peak seasons, but we all just get on with it because that is what the job is. Every day is pretty much the same, and we like it that way.
