We are over at R-9/229 in Rajnagar, which is part of Ghaziabad. Even though our name mentions Delhi, we are firmly planted here in this neighborhood. Rajnagar is a place where a lot is happening, and our office is right in the thick of it. We spend most of our time dealing with ceramics and tiles, which involves a lot of lifting and moving samples around. It is a very hands-on kind of job. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks and shelves filled with different ceramic products. We have a small team here and we all know each other pretty well. We have our morning tea and then get straight into the orders and the phone calls. Some days are slower than others, but usually, there is a steady stream of people coming by. We try to give them the right information without any fluff. It is just about being practical and getting things sorted for the customers. The streets around here can get a bit congested, but that is just Ghaziabad for you. We have been in this spot for a while and have become a bit of a fixture in the local area. We don't have any grand statements to make about what we do. We just show up, handle the ceramic supplies, and make sure the business keeps running smoothly. It is simple, hard work and we are okay with that.
