We are set up over at Mitra Enclave, specifically in unit C04 on P 7 in Greater Noida. Being in Gautam Buddha Nagar gives us a good base to work from. Jev Uja Farmer Producer Company Limited was put together to help out with the farming interests in this part of Uttar Pradesh. Greater Noida is growing fast, but we still have a lot of farming roots around here. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place for us to meet and handle the business side of the farm collective. We spend a lot of time talking to the members and trying to figure out the best way to move our stuff. It's a lot of back and forth, honestly. Some days are just filled with phone calls and checking on the weather or the prices. We like being in Mitra Enclave because it’s easy to find and it’s a decent area. We don't have a huge staff or anything, just a few of us who care about how the farming is going. Sometimes it feels like there’s too much paperwork for a simple farmer company, but that’s the way things go these days. We just want to make sure the farmers we work with get a fair shake. It's a lot of work, and the results don't come overnight. We just keep at it, day after day, from our little corner here in 201310.
