Iris Apparels

We've been running Iris Apparels from this flat in Vaishali for a while now. It's Flat No. 102 over at 6/175. It’s not a huge fancy factory or anything, just our workspace where we get things done every day. Some days it gets pretty crowded with all the fabric rolls and the packing material everywhere, but we manage to keep things moving. The Ghaziabad traffic can be a real headache when the delivery trucks come by, but the neighbors are mostly used to us by now. We started small and just kept at it, focusing on the work right in front of us. It’s mostly just the sound of machines and people talking about orders. Sometimes we have tea breaks out on the balcony when things get too hectic inside. Living and working in Vaishali has its ups and downs, but it’s home for the business. We don't really do much advertising; people just find us or hear about us through word of mouth. It feels more real that way, just doing the work and sending it out. The space is a bit tight with all the stock we have to move, but it works for what we need. We've got our routine down, from the morning start to the late evening wrap-ups. It isn't always perfect, and sometimes we run behind schedule, but that's just how it goes when you're busy. We just keep our heads down and stay busy here in Ghaziabad. We don't need a corporate office to do what we do.
