Grinfarm Private Limited

Our office is situated in Shalimar Garden Main, Ghaziabad. Specifically we are in Flat No-C on the first floor of the A-101 building. It is a residential kind of area so it doesn't feel like a cold corporate building at all. Grinfarm Private Limited is basically run from this flat where we handle all the paperwork and coordination. There are always stacks of documents on the tables and the tea kettle is usually running. Since we are in Ghaziabad the traffic outside can be pretty loud during the day but we have gotten used to it. We deal with a lot of farming-related stuff but mostly from the administrative side here. It’s a small team and we all know each other well. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have visitors but we make it work. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture because it's not really necessary for what we do. We focus on the phone calls and making sure the farming cycles are being tracked properly. Being in a flat means we can work late without it feeling too much like a chore. It’s a honest way to run a business without all the extra polish you see in the bigger cities. Most of our neighbors know we work with farms and they stop by for a chat sometimes. We just try to stay organized and keep the business moving forward without any unnecessary fuss or complicated procedures.
