About Goldiee Spices – Food & Beverages in Ghaziabad
We’ve been at Plot No-51/40 in Naya Ganj for a good while now. Most folks around here just know us as Goldiee Spices because of the big sign on Goldiee House. It’s a busy spot, especially in the early mornings when the trucks arrive and we start moving heavy bags around. Dealing with spices is a dusty job, and honestly, you go home smelling like turmeric and chili every single day. My clothes always have that yellow tint to them no matter how much they are washed. We don't do anything fancy here. We just get the whole spices in, make sure they aren't damp or full of stones, and get them ready for the customers. Some days the machines act up or the power goes out, and we just have to sit there on the stools waiting for it to come back on. It’s just part of the routine. The neighbors in Naya Ganj know us well enough by now. Sometimes they come by just to ask about the current price of cumin or coriander. We try to keep things organized but with so many sacks stacked up, it gets a bit crowded in the workspace. It’s just how a spice place works. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to make sure the packets we send out have what they say on the label. It’s hard work, standing on your feet all day in the heat, but it keeps us busy.
