Gm Garg Masale

The shop for Gm Garg Masale is located at Plot No. B1- 45 in the Salimar Garden area. It is right in Vikram Enclave, and if you know the neighborhood, we are not far from GG Farm. The area stays pretty busy with people moving around, but our spot is a bit more tucked away. We spend most of our mornings getting the machines ready for the day. The smell of the different masale fills up the whole plot, and sometimes you can even smell it from the main road when the wind is blowing the right way. We are just a small team of people who know how to handle the heavy sacks and the grinding equipment. It is not an easy job because the heat inside the building can get quite high in the summer months, and the spice dust makes everyone sneeze if they are not careful. We do not have any big corporate meetings or anything like that here. We just sit around on the plastic chairs during our tea breaks and talk about what needs to be delivered by the evening. The yard outside the plot is usually filled with empty crates and bags waiting to be recycled. We have been at this address for a while now and the locals know us as the people who are always covered in a bit of spice powder by the end of the shift.
