Fasion Express

We've been here at Free Ganj in Hapur for quite some time now. Fasion Express is just a small spot where we handle clothes and stuff. It gets busy on the weekends when people are out walking around the market. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit outside for a bit. It’s a simple setup. Hapur is a quiet place mostly, but Free Ganj has its own noise. We open up in the morning, sweep the front, and wait for folks to stop by. Most people who come in are locals we recognize from around the neighborhood. We don't have fancy displays or anything like that. Just racks of things and a counter where we talk to people. It’s funny how everyone knows everyone here. My cousin used to help out, but now it’s just us most days. We try to keep things organized but it gets messy when a lot of people try things on at once. That's just how it goes in a small shop. If you’re walking through Free Ganj, you’ll see our sign. It's nothing special but it’s ours. We spend a lot of time just chatting with the other shop owners nearby about the weather or the price of tea. It feels like home because it is. We’ve seen the street change over the years, new shops coming and going, but we’re still here doing our thing. It’s a living. Nothing more, nothing less. Just a regular day at Fasion Express.
