Fashioncall

We are based out of F Block in Sector 50. It’s a fairly quiet part of the sector compared to the main markets, which is nice for getting work done without too many distractions. Fashioncall isn't a massive operation with hundreds of people. It’s just a small group of us handling the daily tasks. We have a couple of desks and some garment racks squeezed into the room. The window looks out onto the street, so we see the neighbors walking their dogs or kids coming home from school. It makes the day go by a bit faster. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or responding to messages about different styles and sizes. Sometimes the internet acts up, which can be frustrating when we are trying to look things up, but we manage. There’s usually a stack of catalogs sitting on the corner table that we flip through when we need a bit of a break from the screen. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just enough so people can find the right door in F Block. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the front of the building, so we usually keep the curtains half-shut. It’s a simple setup, really. We just come in, do what needs to be done with the clothes, and head home at the end of the shift. It’s a decent place to spend the day working on what we do here in Sector 50.
