We are based over in Sector 44, Noida. Emm Libas is a clothing business, and this is where we do all the planning and some of the production work. The office is in a regular commercial building. It isn't anything special to look at from the outside. Inside, we have rows of sewing machines and cutting tables. It can get quite loud when everyone is working at once. We usually have fabric scraps on the floor and half-finished garments hanging up. It’s a busy environment. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just focus on making clothes that people want to wear. Some days are better than others, especially when we are trying to meet a big deadline. Noida is a fast-paced place, and we try to keep up with it. Our team is a mix of people who have been sewing for decades and some younger folks learning the trade. We just try to do our work and keep the business going. It’s a practical setup, no frills. We aren't trying to be a world-famous brand, just a solid local company that makes decent products. If you’re in Sector 44, you might see us loading up the vans in the morning. Sometimes the fabric colors don't come out exactly right, and we have to start over, but that’s just how the garment business works. We keep our machines oiled and our scissors sharp. It’s honest work that keeps us all busy and we're okay with that.
