Diwakar Foods

Diwakar Foods is based out of House No 174 in Sector 3A, Vaishali. It is a residential area, so we try to keep things quiet for the neighbors. We have been here for several years now, and the house has basically become our office and storage. It is not a fancy setup. We have got some shelves for the food products and a small area where we do the packing. The kitchen area is where most of the action happens during the day. Sometimes the smell of spices fills the whole street, which usually brings someone by to see what we are making. We are just a small group of people working together. Vaishali is a good spot because we are close to the markets. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the house number on the gate. Our days are pretty long, starting early to get things ready before the sun gets too hot. We have a routine of checking the stock every morning. It is simple work, but it keeps us busy. We don't use any complicated software, just a few notebooks to track what goes out. If you are looking for some massive factory, this isn't it. We are just a local business running from a home in Sector 3A. We try to be consistent and just get the job done every single day without any fuss. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us going throughout the year.
