We are over here in Badahara Babu Jamunipatti, which is part of Hata in Kushinagar. Our setup is at Girja Shankar’s place. It’s a quiet area mostly, but things get busy when the season changes and crops need attention. We started this producer company because the farmers around here needed a way to get things done together. Kushinagar is a good place for farming, but it has its challenges like anywhere else. You’ll find us mostly talking about seeds or tools or how the weather is looking for the next month. It isn't a fancy office with big signs. It’s just a house where we meet up and sort out the paperwork or talk about what everyone is growing. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit outside. Life moves a bit slower here than in the cities, and that’s fine with us. We know most of the people in the village by name. It’s not just about work; it’s about how we all manage our land and help each other out when someone’s tractor breaks or when the rain comes too early. We don't have a big marketing team. It’s just us, the local folks, trying to make the farming business work a bit better for the people living right here in our part of Uttar Pradesh. If you come by, you’ll likely see some tractors or bags of grain around the yard. That’s just how it is. It's nothing too complicated, just people working together on the land.
