Devco Engineering & Technologies (P) Ltd. is located out in the Sahibabad Industrial Area, Site IV. The address is 40/1B/13, and it is pretty much what you would expect from an industrial zone. There is a lot of noise from the nearby factories and trucks are always moving in and out of the lanes. Our place is built for work. We have the engineering side and the technology side all mixed together under one roof. It gets a bit dusty because of all the construction and activity nearby, but that is just part of being in Sahibabad. Inside, we have our machines and our workstations set up to handle the projects we have on hand. It is a practical environment where people are usually busy with tools or looking at technical plans. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. When you walk in, you are pretty much in the middle of the action. The staff usually stays busy from early morning until late afternoon. We take our breaks together and usually talk about the work or what is happening in the news. It is a hard-working atmosphere where we focus on getting the specs right. It is not always pretty, but it is where the real work happens every single day of the week. There is no time for anything else but the job at hand.
