D V S Properties

I’ve been working at D V S Properties for a while now. Our office is tucked away in Rohini Sector 3, right near Shipra Mall. Most days, it’s just about sitting at the desk and taking calls from people looking for a place to stay or rent around here. It gets quite busy on the weekends because of the mall traffic nearby, but we like the energy of the area. We aren't a big fancy firm. We mostly just know the local streets and who is selling what. Sometimes the fans in the office make a bit of noise, but it's home to us. People just walk in, ask about prices, and we show them what's available on our lists. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. New shops come and go, but we stay put in this same spot near the mall. It’s easy to find us if you’re coming from the main road. We keep a lot of old ledgers and some newer computer files too. It’s mostly just us trying to help neighbors find what they need without too much fuss. No big speeches or anything, just showing houses and talking about the market over a cup of tea. If you're walking past the mall, you'll probably see our sign. It's a small place but it works for what we do every day. It’s just how things are around here.
