Apna Ashiana Properties

We are located at Indirapuram 165. It is a straightforward operation here at Apna Ashiana Properties. Most of the day is spent checking on new listings or making sure the current ones are still available. Indirapuram has changed a lot since we first started, with more buildings going up every year. Our office isn't very large, but it serves its purpose. We keep the files organized as well as we can, though things get a bit messy during the busy season. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with suits and big presentations. It is more about sitting down with a cup of chai and looking at what is available in the local area. Some days are slow and we just wait for the phone to ring, while other days we are out of the office from morning until night. We know the streets around here pretty well by now. If a house has a leaky roof or a noisy neighbor, we usually hear about it. We try to keep track of those little things because they matter to people who live here. It’s just us working out of this space, trying to keep up with the real estate market. We don't promise anything crazy, we just show what is on the books and help with the forms. It's a living, and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week. You'll usually find one of us here if you drop by.
