We are situated at Plot Number 12 right on the Main Road in Sector 3. Being near Mahagun Metro Mall makes it very easy for people to stop by while they are out shopping or running errands. The office is right there on the ground level so you don't have to climb any stairs. We have been working in Vaishali for a long time and have seen the whole area change. Back when we first started, there were not nearly as many malls or big roads as there are now. Now it is always crowded and busy. We mostly help people find homes or small shops in this sector. It is a lot of walking back and forth to show different sites to people. We don't wear suits or anything like that, we just dress normal and get to work. The desk is usually covered in papers and maps of the different sectors. We know which landlords are easy to deal with and which ones are a bit more strict. That kind of local knowledge is just something you pick up over the years. If you are coming by the mall, it is just a short walk to our front door. We drink a lot of coffee and talk to anyone who walks in. It is not a fancy place, just somewhere to sit and discuss property matters. Sometimes the internet goes slow so we just use our old registers to record everything.
