Aashish Properties

We've been around Mohan Nagar for a good while now. Our office at Aashish Properties is right there in New Karhera Colony. It’s pretty easy to find since we’re just opposite the Shani Mandir and very close to the Indian Air Force station. Mostly, we spend our days talking to people looking for a place or trying to sell one. It’s busy around here with the planes and the temple visitors. Sometimes the traffic gets a bit much, but that’s just life in this part of town. We don’t have fancy stuff in the office, just a couple of chairs and some files. People usually just drop in when they’re passing by. We know the streets around Karhera quite well because we live and work right here. It’s a simple setup. If you’re walking near the Air Force area, you’ll probably see our sign. We try to keep things straightforward. There’s no big sales pitch here. Just some locals helping out with property stuff. My cousin helps out sometimes, and we just drink tea and talk shop with whoever walks through the door. The neighborhood has changed a lot over the years, but we’re still in the same spot. It’s not a huge operation, just a small desk and some local knowledge. Most of our neighbors know where we are. We just keep at it every day, making sure we know which plots are available and who is moving out. That's pretty much all there is to it.
