Our office is tucked away at 10D, Plot No.155 in Sector 10 of Vasundhara. If you’ve ever gone for food at Chawla Chicken, you’ve basically found us already since we’re right near there. It’s a standard office setup with some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and plenty of files stacked up on the shelves. Ghaziabad can be a bit chaotic, but this corner of Vasundhara stays relatively steady. We spend most of our hours here answering calls or looking through local listings on the computer. It’s not a glamorous job, just a lot of paperwork and talking to people about where they want to live. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit since we first moved in, with more shops opening up around us. We usually grab lunch from the local spots nearby, and you can always smell the food from the street. The office door stays open most of the time to let some air in, even if it brings in some of the dust. We handle things as they come, whether it's someone looking for a small flat or just asking about the local rates. There’s no big team here, just a couple of us who know the area well. We’ve seen families move in and move out over the years. It’s a practical place for a practical business, and we don’t need much else to get through the workday. Sometimes the phone rings all day, and other times it's quiet.
