D K Sharma Properties

We started D K Sharma Properties a while ago over here in Indirapuram. Most days you’ll find us at 384 Nyay Khand Iii. It's a busy part of the city but we like it here. People stop by to talk about houses or flats quite a bit. We don't have a big fancy office. It’s just a place where we keep our files and meet neighbors. If you live around Indirapuram, you probably know the area can be a bit crowded but everything is close by. We handle the local paperwork and show people what's available in the blocks nearby. Sometimes the market is slow and sometimes it's fast. We just try to keep up with who is moving in and who is moving out. There isn't much to say other than we've been at this address for a bit now. We know the streets around Nyay Khand Iii pretty well. Dealing with property takes a lot of time and phone calls. We usually have the kettle on if someone drops in to ask a question. It's just a small local operation. No big speeches or complicated stuff. We just do the work. If you're walking past 384, you'll see our sign. We've seen a lot of changes in this neighborhood over the years. It's getting bigger every day. We just stay focused on the properties right here. The traffic outside can be a bit much in the evenings, but that is just part of living in Indirapuram these days.
