Our place is on Loni Foot Road, right in the Laxmi Garden area. We’re quite close to the Nilam Factory, which is a big landmark for anyone living around here. If you know that factory, you can easily find us. The office is simple, just a room with some basic furniture where we sit and wait for folks to come by. Loni Foot Road can be a bit dusty and noisy with all the trucks and traffic, but we like being right in the thick of things. We’ve been here long enough that most of the local shop owners know us by name. Our day usually involves a lot of sitting and talking to people about local plots or rental rooms. We don’t have a fancy website or a big staff. It is just us doing the work of property agents the old-fashioned way. We keep our records in big ledgers and notebooks. Sometimes people just drop in for a glass of water and a chat about how the prices are changing in Laxmi Garden. We try to be helpful and give people the straight story about whatever property they are looking at. There’s no pressure here, just regular talk. We spend our afternoons mostly visiting sites or meeting people at the tea stall nearby to discuss deals. It’s a practical, local life and we’re happy to be part of this community near the factory.
