We operate out of house number 72 in Rahul Vihar-2, which is part of the Vijay Nagar area in Ghaziabad. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We deal with crop science, which means we spend a lot of time thinking about how to make plants grow better and stay healthy. Ghaziabad is a busy place with a lot of movement, and our street is no different. You’ll hear kids playing or vendors calling out while we are inside working on data or talking to suppliers. The office is basically just a few rooms where we keep our files and samples. We aren't here to give a big sales pitch; we just handle the science and the logistics of it all. It gets pretty loud outside during peak hours, but inside we stay focused on the agricultural products. Most of us have been in this field for years, so we know the local soil and the problems farmers face around Uttar Pradesh. It’s a practical business. We don't have shiny signs or a lobby. Just a regular door in a regular colony where we get our work done every morning. Sometimes we’re out traveling to meet clients, but the house in Rahul Vihar is where everything starts. It’s a simple way of working that suits us just fine. No one here cares about fancy titles or big meetings.
